A credit/debit card is required when booking from the app, online, or by phone.
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee will be applied towards the scheduled service(s) to secure appointment.
Appointment can be canceled within a minimum of 24-hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied as a credit under the account of the card holder for future booking.
Canceled appointments with less than 24-hours notice per this policy; is a "LATE CANCELLATION" and will be charged up to 100% of scheduled service.
"NO SHOW" appointment will be charged 100% of scheduled service.
"LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL" impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) to the cardholder.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointment by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation message could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least 10 min before your scheduled appointment time.
